Vinny Basra

Producer/Production Manager

Interests

Trying to make spreadsheets look friendly

Vinny is a Producer and Production Manager with extensive experience across broadcast, branded content, digital, social and influencer campaigns. He has delivered ambitious multi-platform projects for broadcasters, streamers, agencies and production companies, bringing together creative ideas, calm logistics and the sort of budget discipline that makes finance teams breathe a little easier. His credits span from brand-funded television and food and travel formats to red carpets, social campaigns and documentaries, with work for clients and platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, ITV, Channel 4, Tesco Mobile, McLaren, Tinder, and Footlocker.. Vinny specialises in turning big creative ambition into clear, executable production plans; managing budgets, schedules, crews, suppliers, clients and post-production without losing sight of the story. He is known for bringing structure, clarity and good humour to fast-moving productions, and for keeping things running smoothly even when the weather or production WhatsApp group has other ideas. Before moving fully into production, Vinny studied Law and worked in finance, which explains both his eye for detail and his suspiciously calm relationship with spreadsheets.
